Kimberly A. Driggers
Kimberly A. Driggers was born and raised in Hadley, Massachusetts. She attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where she earned her B.A. in Psychology Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Driggers attended the Florida State University College of Law, receiving her J.D. in 1994. While in law school, Ms. Driggers represented FSU on the Moot Court team. Upon graduation, Ms. Driggers practiced law for eight years representing the interests of insurance companies in their defense of injury claims. In 2002, she began putting her extensive knowledge of insurance company claim practices to work when she began representing the interests of the injured and those who have been denied by their insurance company. Ms. Driggers joined Brooks, LeBoeuf, Bennett, Foster & Gwartney in 2008. Ms. Driggers concentrates her practice in the areas of first party work, including disability claims, homeowner‘s claims, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, and personal injury, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death claims. Ms. Driggers is well known in the area of PIP litigation and has testified in front of the Florida House of Representatives and spoke to various groups on the changes in No-Fault Law and risk management issues in PIP. She currently serves as Assistant General Counsel to the Florida Chiropractic Association. Ms. Driggers is a member of various professional organizations, including: The Tallahassee Bar Association; Tallahassee Women Lawyers (President 2007-2008); The William H. Stafford American Inns of Court and the Florida Justice Association (insurance subcommittee). Ms. Driggers is a Member of The Florida Bar, and The Middle District Court of Florida.
