We are proud to congratulate our very own Eddie Bauer as he is appointed as an Administrative Law Judge. Although Eddie has now left our practice, Matt Foster, Todd Resavage and Dean LeBoeuf continue to handle criminal defense cases.

 We wish Judge Bauer the best of luck in his new position.

Eddie Bauer joined the firm in 2000 as an associate attorney, and was named a firm partner in 2006. Eddie graduated from Stetson University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with high honors.  In 2000, Eddie graduated magna cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law.  Eddie is a member of The Florida Bar, and has also been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. 

Eddie is a past president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tallahassee Bar Association and is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He has also served as a public speaker regarding DUI defense strategies and is a special counsel for the Florida Department of Education.
