Todd P. Resavage
Todd Resavage joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2011. Todd is licensed to practice law in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Todd grew up in Pensacola and Orange Park, Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in economics, and is a 1998 Cum Laude graduate of Florida State University College of Law. Following graduation from law school, Todd joined the firm of McDowell Knight Roedder & Sledge in Mobile, Alabama , where his practice was devoted to civil defense litigation in products liability, railroad, asbestos, pharmaceutical and medical device, admiralty, trucking, and employment cases. Mr. Resavage then joined the firm of Alford Clausen & McDonald, where he managed the civil defense of multiple nursing home abuse and neglect wrongful death lawsuits for several national nursing home corporations. In 2005, Todd decided to utilize the knowledge he had acquired in defending various corporations and insurance companies, to benefit individuals. He and a partner founded Resavage & Reese, LLC, a plaintiffs' personal injury and criminal defense firm. Todd's law practice extends beyond the boundaries of his native Florida , as he has also been admitted to practice law in all federal and state courts of Alabama and Mississippi , as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Todd and his wife, Gina, have three children. In addition to their young family they are active in their church and community. Areas of Practice:
