Ronald W. Brooks
Ronald W. Brooks, the firm's founder, retired in 2000. He is a 1970 graduate from the Florida State University College of Law. Following law school, Mr. Brooks was the chief of litigation for the Florida Department of Transportation. Mr. Brooks left the Department of Transportation in 1976 to enter private practice. He served as a partner in the law firm of Brooks, Callahan & Phillips where he was engaged primarily in the field of corporate and insurance defense litigation. In January of 1987, Mr. Brooks joined forces with Dean R. LeBoeuf and formed the law firm of Brooks & LeBoeuf, P.A. where he remained until he retired. Mr. Brooks and his wife Jean, have been sailing the Caribbean on their sail boat since his retirement. He is truly missed, but he still stops by to see us on occasion. Bar Admissions:
